CPA Volunteers

Maria Prince, Docent, Event Volunteer

Maria's dedication dates back many years to the early times of the CPA. A call was sent out from the struggling organization for volunteers to help it get on its feet. Maria answered the call and has been with the CPA since. She has become a key thread in the weave of the fabric of docents and volunteers. She serves as a docent to the gallery several times each month and volunteers at each of our events. We want to say thank you for helping the CPA become the organization it is today and how much we enjoy you. Maria's Statement: I like to think of myself as a black and white photographer. The magic of seeing the image appear in the developer has not waned. However, with digital photography emerging, I am slowly working in that medium. I was lucky to have Henry Gilpin, Roger Fremier, Martha Casanave and Don Anderson as my teachers and/or mentors.
