Nicole Garzino
The Center for Photographic Art is proud to announce the selection of Ms. Nicole Garzino as our new
Executive Director. A dedicated photographer and photography enthusiast, Nicole has over ten years
experience in arts management, including appointments as the Director of Development for both the
Monterey Museum of Art and the Barrington Stage Company in Massachusetts. She has also served
as the Executive Director of the Dorchester Center for the Arts and County Arts Council in Maryland.
Nicole has a particular love for community-focused arts organizations. She has served as a board
member and volunteer committee member for the Storefront Artist Project for the City of Pittsfield,
Massachusetts, the Cultural Advisory Board, and the Berkshire Arts Kitchen. Garzino received her
masters degree in arts administration from Goucher College. She relocated her family back to her native
state of California in 2010, and has since been active in the local community, currently volunteering with
the Arts Habitat and serving on the Board of the Junior League for Monterey County.
