Rex Naden lives in Los Gatos and has been a photographer for 40 years.

Rex's passion is landscape photography. He is the assistant of well-known landscape photographer Charles Cramer in teaching Printing for the Fine Art Photographer at the Ansel Adams Gallery in Yosemite Valley, and in Silicon Valley. Rex has participated in shows at Filoli Gardens, Courtside Club in Los Gatos, Viewpoint Gallery in Sacramento, and the Institute for the Study of Western Civilization. In 2012 he will exhibit at the Ansel Adams Gallery in Yosemite Valley and the Los Gatos Art Museum. His work is in the permanent collections at Filoli, Courtside Club, the Santa Clara Towers, and at businesses, medical clinics, and private homes. He is represented by Carol A. Dabb Consultants and Suzy R. Locke and Associates.

Rex spent thirty-five years in the semiconductor industry. Before retiring, he was President, CEO, and Chairman at Teknovus, the leader in fiber to the home chip sets, since sold to Broadcomm. He was the marketing executive at Atheros Communications, the leader in Wi-Fi radio chip sets, since sold to Qualcomm. Rex spent years with VLSI Technology and Texas Instruments. He holds fourteen US patents and B.A, M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Rice University.
