Board Member

Kasson began his current term on the Board in February, 2009, and was President from March of that year through 2011. He previously served on the Center for Photographic Art’s board between 2000 and 2002. He currently serves on the board of York School.

Jim Kasson is a retired electrical engineer and engineering manager who spent most of his career with Hewlett-Packard, Rolm, and IBM. A life-long photographer, he has been exhibiting photographs since the early ‘80s. Most of his earlier work is traditional silver-based black and white photography. For the last twenty years he has relied upon digital editing and printing processes.
