The Center has an Executive Director!

Before coming to the Center, Nancy was a General Manager of the Los Angeles Times, and a Senior Vice President with three of the nation’s largest advertising agencies: Foote Cone & Belding, TBWA Chiat/Day and BBDO. She moved to the Monterey area in 2001, and became Executive Director of the American Institute of Architects, Monterey Bay Chapter in 2005.

Nancy’s background in marketing, communications and management within a creative organization are a perfect match with the Center’s growth and development plans. Nancy will work with the Board and the Exhibition Committee to pursue and present diverse and progressive photography exhibitions with lively education components, collaborate with regional organizations and encourage new generations of gallery goers and workshop attendees to establish lasting relationships with photography.  The Board will continue to set the creative and visionary direction for the Center.
