The first Apertures & Appellations event held at the CPA gallery on Saturday, March 24th was an overwhelming success! All three wineries - Morgan Winery, Scheid Vineyards, and Ventana Vineyards - were continuously busy pouring samples of their wines while Steve Zmak was engaged in conversation about his images from his book, A Year in the Vineyard, for the full two hours! While sipping, tasters also enjoyed visiting with one another as well as taking in the current exhibition, An Unexpected Aesthetic. Much fun was had during the free drawings for bottles of wine donated by the wineries and for Steve Zmak's book and one of his photographs!
